Need a store manager? I used to do that in a previous life. I wouldn't mind giving FLA a try for a while.

Looks good. Barely need a kickstand with that wide of a tire back there.

You are gonna get the matching wheel for the front, aren't you?

Thanks Leon I'm glad you like it. As far as the (retail store) its more like a hang out and if something sells its a bonus. It's only a retail store if the wife ask, if you say it's a shop that sounds like a hang out to a wife but if you say retail store, well that changes everything lol!

Thanks Testa,Ya I have the front wheel but it is still in the box I just don't need something to happen to it during the build stage so I'll just use the gsx-r wheel for now, its bad enough I have to take a chance with the rear wheel but I have to use it so I can get the bearing support plate and chain right. I need to tape it off to help protect it a little, that would piss me off bad if something scuffed it now.

Hadn't really planed on building any for the kz's, all of my jigs are set up for hayabusa's gsx-r's zx14's bikes like that,I just moded my jig so I could build this one for my bike. To do it the right way I would build the fixtures for the kz's to fit the jig but I don't think I would be able to sell that many. But who knows maybe I will, If I did I would build them to fit a wider 5.5 or 6.0 rear wheel with shock mounts and an option for the mono shock.

I have been a real busy this week so not much has been done on the bike. But I did pick up some bronze bushing material today,so I could make the bushings that I need for the swingarm pivot tube. I had to make the bushings fit the hayabusa bearings that I used and then fit them to the KZ pivot bolt. It worked out good,I'm glad because I have a bunch of hayabusa swingarm bearings. So it only made sense to use them.

And while I was welding up anothe swingarm for a customer I went ahead and added my gussets to the inside of my swingarm. So with any luck at all I will wrap this swingarm up in a day or so and be done and ready to move on to something else.
