You need only one direct clean amplified pic-up signal, (see the extra red wire on the Dyna III)

The converter i have use to get correct rpm readings.....

Maybe I misunderstood something here. I haven't been able to test Wookie's suggestion yet (busy with the kids).
Are you suggesting that I use the same wiring I have now, but add a "Sine-to-square signal converter 0.1 V" in between? Please see my current wiring below:

Today I tried to connect a cable from the rpm cable on the speedo to the input on the coil.

And when I changed to high setting on the speedo I got some reading, see video:

Well that's progress, when you say the "input" to the coil are you on the black wire from the igniter to #1 coil - does the reading look accurate to you (no sound so can't tell)

Don’t checked if it was 1-4 og 2-3 coil.
I tested both cables to the coil and only one gave me reading, sorry I don’t know if was the constant 12v side or other side from the IC.

I think the reading make sense when it comes to the speed of the engine.

These video had sound:

Sorry to be a kill joy but that doesn't look right to me (4000rpm would be about half throttle) you may have to go the amplifier route like Scirocco suggested !

Heh properly correct, but that is properly just the setting is wrong. When I gave throotle it made sense the increase in reading.

but what about the noice?

You should have a setting on the speedo for how often the coil fires with respect to crank revolutions. It should be once per revolution (fires everytime 2-3 or 1-4 are at TDC). Looks like you may have it set to once every two revolutions - that would double the revs meaning you'd be at about 1200-1500rpm.
The needle jumping might be caused by interference from the other coil. What gauge wire are you using and how close is it to the plug leads from the other coil?

You have to connect the amplifiier unit input wire direct to ONE pic-up coil for a clean rev signal source!
Anything else gives you no correct rev readings!

I understand. I already have a normal (non-shielded) cable spliced from one of the pickup wires going to the IC unit. This cable currently ends up in the front. If I add the same amplifier/converter you’re using, it should start working without noise, right?

I hope I’m able to fit it inside my headlight housing.

I have another challenge as well — the high beam indicator on the speedo. I’ve connected it to the high beam output that goes to the front light. The problem is that it’s always on as long as the light is on. I measured the resistance on the bulb itself, and it’s close to 0 between the low and high beam positive terminals. Any ideas? :)

Maybe I connected wrong terminal to the ground…. Need to check :)
