Yeah 1/2" will do it. I'm off today If I get out of bed I will put them in the mail today

This layoff thing is killing me but I dont want to go to one of our other facilities unless it's gonn be an extended layoff

plan on taking the time to get the bike put back together (only to tear apart for a future mod lol)

My buddy jim at the shop made a statement that he would be able to buy the whole bike in a box by spring lol (he doesnt have KZitis and doesnt understand in a box or not this one will not be going anywhere

I decided Leon is right (he usually is) so I made a trip to the post office to ship off my sprockets

I plan on sanding out the sctratches I put in my swingarm maybe get my tank cleaned out
mostly just finishing things up til my sprocket and rearsets get here

The past few days haven't been very productive.

I did get most of the scratches out of my swingarm been waiting on the
rearsets and yahoo! They showed up today


Zx6 rearsets
I need to clean them up and come up with a mounting strategy

I also got the donor seat in Fedex today for my experiment
so now I have a full day to work on several things tomorrow

I know my girl is getting very weary it seems like all I do is
concentrate on this build. when I get everything mounted and
confident It is rideable I will slow down and spend some time
with the family

you know what they say about plans

mine is to clean these parts up get them mounted this week
put the bike back together take it for a test ride by next week
then I syatematically remove and polish what needs polished
build a seat and replace seals gaskets etc..

It may seem like the long way or the hard way but I know the finances
are gonna run out til spring and would rather have a rideable bike
with a small leak or dirty frame than a pile sitting there with no way
to finish.

oh yeah and the batteries are dead in my camera cant forget to pickup more

when u find a place to mount the master reservoir, dont be concerned with the length of hose it has on it. mount it where u want, then order a peice of Tygon tubing. it is clear tubing. u may find it localy through Napa or something. if u have trouble let me know and i'll look up my supplier. it was on ebay.
