Head light brackets complete, time to go back and finish up the the rest of the outside drive set up. Oh the head light that I am running is from a GS1150E. Sorry about the pic I'll take another one tomorrow.

Looks like the steering "lock to lock" will be significantly reduced. That's normal when you switch to modern inverted fork/triple clamp combination. It's only a pain when wheeling it around the garage or parking lot. You will learn to live with it quick enough!

Not much progress on the bike latley my son has had me working like a slave on his truck, Building a-arms and building a back half chasis for it. But I did get a chrome rear caliper for my rear caliper hanger, this is a really trick part it lets you run a radial mount front six piston caliper on the rear, plus it looks bad ass.
pic of the custom a-arms

rear caliper and hanger

I am always fascinated watching things built from scratch. Keep them coming your bike is going to be nutts when done. You may be nutts when its done too :)

I think my wife is the one who will be nuts I have told her several times "this is the last bike I am building" I dont think she buys into it any more.

Today I got some 1/2 hex rod and built some stand offs so I could finish up the out side drive/ bearing support. They worked out well now I just need to make up two steel ones to weld to the frame and thats a wrap on the support plate.
