I went for a 2 hr ride today. Before I left the battery was at 13.04 volts. When I got back it was up a bit to 13.34 volts. This is with the bike shut off.
So my question is will the stator/ alternator run like this for quite a while. Will it slowly get less and less. Or will it be working one day/ minute, and then dead the next?

Nobody can tell you that (a brand new part today can fail tomorrow) "do you feel lucky ?"

Lol, If I would have thought about it for a minute. It’s no different than my pickup or touring  bike etc.
I guess I’ll start shopping! Thanks
