Yes, you are right and it will be looking better with new race flag decals and tank emblems on.
I need self adhesive emblems because i had removed the screw mounting strip and filled the recess
with tin and a soldering iron and tin plated the tank opening area for rust protection !!!

Did some little cosmetics on my Marving Race muffler.
Take some piece aluminum out of an damaged hydraulic rotary distributor.

Do some 7 mm holes in it.

after 30 minutes on the lathe

Press in the silencer pipe

Press in to the silencer

Have to do one bore and screw to hold it in and two rivets for the model number plate.
Made it self and save some money ( 50 Euros )
Looking good ???

Looking good, keep up that great work that you do.
I have a 1980 Kawasaki KZ750 Ltd. I bought new. I recently managed to get it out of my garage after 28 years and put it on the road again (2010). I feel like a kid all over again. Since I have acquired 3 78 KZ1000 Ltd, 1 1981 KZ1000 Ltd, and another 1980 KZ750 Ltd. Love the LTD's.
