Thanks for posting the picture buddy !!!
It sure is pretty and should work better than a spacer leakwise

Maybe not on the correct thread, but I cleaned my tank; I have a fuel pump, etc. coming. I started working on my brakes, new master cylinder, and steel braided lines. Pumped it up, and my calipers are stuck. Does anyone have a pair? 1977 LTD 1000.

So I got my front brakes fixed and rode it up and down the alley on gravity feed fuel. Now I added a Holley Mighty Mite fuel pump and an eBay dial 1 to 6 psi regulator with gauges upstream and downstream of the regulator. The fuel pump shows 5-6 psi before the regulator and the gauge after the regulator shows 3 psi.
The problem is that fuel is flowing out of the carburetor. I was worried about that happening. Is there something I'm missing. I'm attaching a picture of my setup.

Is that a Mikuni setup for the turbo? It looks like a rubber adapter that bolts onto the turbo. Where can I get a setup like that. Anything would be better than that Bendix Zenith

In my studies of the turbo set ups out there.
The slickest one I saw (and will copy) had a "hobb" switch mounted in the plenum.
when the turbo pressure raised (he had a 3-5 psi setting)it turned on the electric fuel pump.( in doing so it would not DROWN the carb floats when not under boost)but in fact just gravity flow until boost was on. he modified this into a mechanical fuel injection using his carbs later on as well. He was using a blow through turbo set up, not a draw through but the carbs leak for the same reason when fuel pressure is too high in both set ups.
Hope this helps man ... Awesome ride !
Be well,Brad

Have you dialled the pressure down to see at what point it is overpowering the float valve

That float valve should be able to handle 3-4 PSI, where do you have the float level set? Bendix says 1/8" but some owners have them set at 3/16".
It would be easy enough to bench test the float valve with air if you have a accurate gauge.

I dialed it down to "0" and got it down to 2.5 psi which stopped the leaking as long as it was running. Junk Chinese regulator. I have a Holley one that's bigger and will try to make fit and dial down to 2 psi which I believe is what the ATP setup was.

And Mr Turbo Boost gage pressure Tell Tale so you didn't have to glance down during a pass
