I have a 1980 KZ250 LTD single that has the Keihin CV32MM carb some how someone has cracked the overflow tube and the carb drips gas. I can not find one any one got one they want to part with o a good repair to the one I have. This is how I got it and how it looks now.

If you search the archives there are some good threads about this, including photos. I've replaced broken tubes before following this procedure...cx500forum.com/forum/general-discussion/...ube-raplacement.html

To roll over the end of the tube I used the dimple in the side of a threading die. The entire procedure is surprising simple and NO, you don't need a lathe like shown in the link to do the job.

And WOW thanks again. Did it this afternoon mu roll over isn't the greatest and I may try your idea but no dripps in 10 minutes so I would have to say it is fixed
