Now that I re-shimmed the valves #3 is 148.5 PSI.

Yeah, I'll tell you I was real skeptical when WiredGeorge said it would probably fix it, but he was right! It makes a huge difference. Right now I have 2 cylanders with the wrong shims in as a result of swapping them all around and the readings are very varried from what they were! When I had the 200 shim in #3 it went from 32 to 158, with the right shim it's 148.5. Crazy!
