Had no idea yamaha made a four cylinder race bike, those are interesting.

Now if only i could go a day without talking about one of these things at work or to the wife (driving her nuts) I may live long enough to find one

Maybe you will have to downsize to RD lust :woohoo: Best of luck in your search.

Check out Vintage Days at Mid Ohio, there are usually at least a couple racing, and the owners like to talk about them.

H1 and H2's are the worst bikes I've ever owned, if someone gave me one I'd immediately put it on the market. Worst handling bikes KAWASAKI ever made, in my opinion.

For years I thought I wanted an H1, H2, RD350 or 400, or really any performance minded street going 2 stroke. Hell, I've even considered a water buffalo. I was never under the illusion to even consider looking for the TZ750, that's stuff of dreams. Watching CL for many years and seeing the super high prices for untitled crap, or junk people have cafe'd and think they've added some rediculous monetary value, I've pretty much given up. I know where quite a few are, sitting in garages "to be restored" but probably never will and they won't sell. I figure if I stop looking then maybe one will show up. In the meantime I'll fill the empty spaces in the garage with non 2 stroke stuff of legends. Got a ZRX1100 coming to get some work done and let me play with it in exchange. That should fill the empty spot for a while until I find an old finicky cold blooded smokey can of bees that I will love till the end of time.

Tried and scraped together a deal with someone, found him a car he wanted and he was supposed to throw in a 74 h2 and a parts bike (missing just the forks) for me finding the car.

Seller backed out said he couldnt do it. So add that to the official tally. Include with it a stolen Z1 and I'm almost out of my bike phase
