78 KZ 1000 build

 

Received the Corbin Gunfighter seat today! Looks awesome, just like I designed it, but it was for a late model Kawasaki RS 900! They are going to correct it but dang, more wait. 

A buddy of mine helped with some development work on the Corbin Sparrow 3 wheeler, so Mike Corbin gifted him a signed Gunfighter for his KZ900.

Unfortunately the seat was like sitting on a wooden bench and any ride over 30 minutes was unbearable (I rode it) That seat was from about 2006 so hopefully they have improved the cushioning since then.

My buddy sold it after having a stock seat reshaped and recovered, that seat is very comfortable to ride.

Well, seat time will tell. i always found the stock seats comfortable
