I am glad to see you are up and running again.
Hope you will get a speedy recovery.
At least you can work on your bike and get something positive from it.
I did not ride a bike for about 13 years (no accident just other interests) and started a build because I wanted something to do.
But ever after the first testdrive I just can't wait to get back on the bike and ride it
.
Keep the pics coming.

diamond sky blue with a z1 tank is what I've planed for the mail order princes ltd Im working on with gold pin stripe decals I haven't found silver. It would compliment buffed engine covers on a 78. I want to run it around a bit first, then get serious next fall for what I want it to be.....for a while. where do you get silver done?

The silver I did on the tank originally was done by a vinyl pin striper. I printed off pictures from the Internet net an he took it from there. This time I am going to have them printed on.

Re: Phoenix Fighter
09 Jan 2018 14:13Thank you. I have not worked on the bike in about a year. I will finish it sell it someday. I have given up riding as my shoulder just hasn't been the same after the last wreck. All I really need to do is some basic cosmetic repairs including a paint job. I am not sure I will do the fans as I didn't have any heat issues without them.mtyquinn wrote: Great build amazing i am building a kz1000 now and hope to post a build myself. cant wait to see how you do the fans on the cooler. beautiful build great work.

Thank you very much Forrest! Glad to hear from you. I think about you and that trip to Wyoming a lot. Was great meeting you guys. Wish we would have had more to to ride with one another.
You are welcome Jon! Well Deserved accolades. Sorry you had that high side. Regardless of whether you are riding or when I come through your part of the country, I will be sure to get in touch. Hopefully, we will ride.

Well ladies and gentlemen it’s time to move on. This beautiful bike was laid down 2 years ago and I have decided not to ride any more. It needs body work and other odds and ends. Looking to get $3K (shipping is buyers responsibility)as it sits. Lots of expensive parts. Not even a 1000 miles on the rebuild motor. 10.5:1 1075 Wisco kit. Precessionally rebuilt head with heavy springs to tune 110 Webcams(still in box), updated mosfet R/R, RS 34 flat slides. New custom shocks built by Chris Livengood. Corbin seat. Motogadget controller and switches. GP motowerks headers. GSXR’s 750 USD forks. comes with a set of GSXR 1100 forks that are longer.

First off mate sorry to hear about your bad luck (been there myself) and that you have to sell up. Id be 100% interested if you would be willing to assist in getting her ready for over seas transport thats if no one on here near to you doesn't snap her up or you get convinced to keep it a while longer as we all know when their gone their gone.
