When you get ready to rebuild the calipers, use Hyabusa parts. The calipers and seals are identical, and the 'busa pistons are aluminum, so they are lighter and rust free. Suzuki sells seal kits for each caliper, while Kawasaki sells every single part separately. Suzuki sells the parts for a fraction of the price Kawasaki charges.
What was the donor of your callipers ? all Kawasaki fitments are the same seal kits with the exception of "pre-2000" ZX6R. The early ZX6R has equal sized pistons, all the rest are staggered
They were the factory installed calipers on my ZRX.
My bad - in my head I was thinking OP's parts but replying to your post
Ha! Good question either way. I was flying on he assumption that he has the staggered bore version.

Do you have a ZRX? If so, could you send me some close ups on the front brake line routing, please? I have new ZRX lines from Spiegler, but the banjos have to be rotated to fit. I'm just not sure which end goes to the caliper and or to the brake joint between the forks. also, a picture of the front brake line clamps/holders as I can't seem to find them.

I do have a ZRX, but it does not have the factory brake line setup. Instead of the three-hose factory version, mine has only two lines, each running directly from the mater cylinder to a caliper, thus eliminating the splitter and one hose.
