I was going to send you a picture of original then noted you've already hacked it up ha. I'm going Warrens conclusion, corroded bulb bayonet if a singular bulb. If a dual bulb set-up then double check your wiring skills. Looks like it's solid mounted to the frame? BAD BAD idea, the filaments in the bulbs will rattle loose. Why do you think all the original lights were rubber isolated??

Do you know what wire is for the brake one ? Thats weird that my problem is intermittent!!
Brake light wire is blue - corroded connectors, faulty bulb holders etc will all give intermittent faults - the voltmeter won't lie :) how regularly does it fault ?

All right 😊  the light fault a few times during each ride..  I apply the brake to the stop and Boum, running light stays ON for a little while!!   Ive remove front headlight to check wires inside of it(lot of wires inside)..

The only link between the stop light and tail light is the lamp fitting and ground connection. The ground appears ok as the brake light works without issue. Why do you have a single bulb when the stock fitting and diagram shows 2 stop/tail bulbs ? is it an aftermarket lamp or from a different model ? are the rubbers in place between the lamp fitting and the mounting bracket ?
PS: the first test I suggested is at the bullet connector near the rear lamp - why have you piled into the head light ?

That sounds like a sticky brake light switch. Attached to the rear brake pedal is a wire/spring that connects it to the the brake light switch. When you depress the brake lever the wire pulls a plunger in the switch which makes a connection in the switch and illuminates the brake light. When you lift off the pedal the plunger is sticky and doesn't turn the light off until it returns inside the switch disconnecting the connection. Apply some light grease to the plunger when it's extended and then work it back n forth a few times.
Then adjust it to be less sensitive by using the two nuts that hold it in the mount bracket.

Wookie I think maxbou92 is mixing the brake light with the tail light when it's staying on for a while.
Reason being as he's riding how would he know it's still illuminated unless the brake idiot dash light is still on?

Get what you are saying Warren, however initially he was talking about the tail light intermittently not working so that is what my advice was based on !!! (now I'm unsure what the fault actually is ??)

Haha, I have One light and one bulb (2 ‘wires’ inside this bulb). When my wife follow me, she said sometimes my Back is empty light..  if I apply the brakes the light is strong.. and sometimes I run, the same light is illuminated (running light)..  less bright than brake light!!  So thats not my lever switch

I think he was expecting the tail light to stay constantly illuminated like the head light as a running light so was confusing himself.
Only the headlight has a running light.
If the tail light constantly illuminates when the lights are switched on then there's no issue with the lights circuits.
He said when he brakes the tail light stays illuminated for some time. So assuming that's when the lights are switched off it can only be the brake light.
Only place the brake light can have a stickyness in the system is if the switch plunger is sticky or if the brake lever pivot is dry and sticky.
Either would make the brake light illuminate until they returned to off position.

That being the case follow the test sequence I gave you :)
