Make sure the bulb holder isn't corroded and/or loose as that's where the bulb earth's. Also ensure the small brass dome at the bottom of the holder isn't corroded and off center as that's where the bulb gets it's live feed.
Suspect vibration is your problem.

It’s very clean!! Spring inside is strong as well.  Does the key switch can be bad?

Is it just the tail light that's effected or does the licence plate light, front pilot light and instrument lights also go off with the tail light ?

You say "tail running light"?
They are not fitted with tail running lights. Depending market they do have a front running light.
Does the tail light illuminate if you swith the head lights on?
If it does then it is correct. Rear brake light, rear tail light (when the lights are switched on)
No rear "running light"

Are you sure you don't have either the front or rear brake applied without realising? If the rear brake light switch is overly adjusted even just resting your font on it could be enough to illuminate the brake light. Both front and rear brakes have I dependant brake light switches.

But, brakes are always like it should be, they works each time!! I tap the light, shake all wires.. nothing helps me

Three prods with a voltmeter will identify your issue (fault needs to be present when testing)
PS: When the fault occurs does the light come on if you move the ignition to the "park" position ?
PPS: if test 3 fails before replacing the ignition switch check you have battery voltage going into the switch on the blue wire :)

Yes, the red wire only supplies the tail light
