I've got a set of CV34's, with the following id:
1358
F131

I have two sets of emulsion tubes - 3G4DY-1 and what looks like 2R4-Y6

Can someone (WG?) tell me which ones go with these carbs? Also what was the matching needle?

I got two sets of carbs from the PO and they were in pieces. I should have (REALLY DARN IT) sent them to WG and saved myself about 100 hours of work.

Please help,

Thanks

If your talking about Keihin CVK32s, I believe the two interior carbs have different tubes than the two outer carbs. You might try the parts diagram at buykawasaki.com.
Btw, my 2001 ZR-7S has the CVK32s. Hope this helps, at least until the "Guru" (WG) chimes in.

While I could not find my Clymers I did find an ancient manual and it had the J and K specs. Turns out that I have a mixed bag of needle jets/emulsion tubes. I got a spare set of carbs from the PO and had taken them apart. I tried to keep them separate but mixed them.

As I sorted them, I have 5 of one and 3 of the other. The problem is the set with 5 is from the other set of carbs, the ones I'm not using. I'm also going over everything with a fine tooth-comb and putting all my float settings exactly on to see if it solves the problems.

I also have a vent that may not be working right, on one of my carbs. Lots of educational opportunities as I go through this experience, and I am seeing it as such.

Cheers and Merry Christmas
