I have an 82 KZ 750 CSR M1 that has 2-1 Mac drag pipes and I am putting on K&N Pods, a cranckcase breather and was told to change the main jets from 115 stock to #117.5(I have Mikuni BS-34 Carbs) and was told to keep the Pilot jets at stock #45. I am putting a 17t Front Sprockett on when I do this as well.

My question is, does this sound right for my bike seeing as how I ride at sea level mostly? Someone also told me I could drill my Diaphragm Slide hole to 7/64"....what does that mean? Do I have to do that or does that do something else? What does drilling the diphragm slide hole out do?

Any help?

hey bs1134, like Shoe said I have the same setup you discribed. I'm having some other problems, right now(electircal)w/the bike but when she is running right, she runs strong and smooth through all the gears and full throttle range. There may be other ways of rejetting, the 750M1, for pods but this has worked for me.
Good luck.
