VM28 carbs vs. VM29 carbs

tw.. Topic Author Offline User Posts: 195 Thank you received: 1	What is the visible differences in the early VM28 carbs and the VM29? I almost sure both of them used the large screw on the carb bowls. So other than that how can I be sure I'm buying 29mm carbs and the similar 28mm carbs? Are there identifiable marking or numbers I should be looking for? 2-1976 KZ900 A4 1995 KZ1000 Police bike 1978 Z1R

arobsum Offline User Posts: 566 Thank you received: 10	easiest way to tell is the 28's have 2 screws holding the lid on, while the 29's have 3 screws..and a 17mm nut on the bottom of the bowl.
