On the bottom of my GPz tank there is a return fuel fitting for the fuel injection. It appears to be a one-way valve so gas can return to the tank when the fuel pump is running, but not leave the tank when it's not. It appears to be made out of aluminum, with a brass valve and a steel spring inside. THe bottom of the tank I have was nasty, and my return valve was just plain ugly when I took it off the tank. I soaked it in vinegar for a couple of days, and all the crud came off the outside, but no flow through it, even w/90psi of air from my compressor. Anybody know how to free this one up? Any idea where I get a replacement for this? A new one from BikeBandit costs $34. Is that my only option? Yikes!

Stick a screwdriver in the hole and give it a tap. If it still won't free up, replace it.
