Needle jet KZ650 SR

Hello everyone. A friend bought a KZ650D3 from the family of another friend who recently passed away. He was also a member of this forum and played a part in creating and maintaining its French counterparts. Anyway, this SR doesn't have the right carburetor needles (it currently has Keyster Y63s). The carbs are 1069A models, so it needs 5CN15 needles—the Keyster equivalent is the Y216. Are these needles faithful to the original specs? Is there a close Mikuni equivalent that is still available? Thanks in advance.

I can not speak to the how close the Keyster needle is to the original Mikuni needle. Without measuring them one can not tell just by the ID. Will say it  appears the Kaw part # is 16009-1013. A quick search on line gave these locations as claiming to have said part.
