Carb diaphragms

hey all,

I have no doubt at some point in the future ill need new diaphragms for the carbs.
I've seen rebuild kits and what not around at exorbitant prices.

But I came across this rubber manufacturer. The sell diaphragms for a few models and boast about the quality of their product. Interestingly, the diaphragms themselves are around a quarter of the cost of retail . No middle man mark up i guess.

Just wondering if anyone has bought a paut before? Shounds too good to be true?

I think he will treat you decent if you have any issues. I ordered a pair for my 305 but they were a scooch too big to fit tightly, and he replaced them for free. Unfortunately those were too big too.
I tried to solve the problem by "widening" the groove with shrink tube, with some limited success but I was still having running issues. I gave up on my 305.

Hmmmm

Thats a bit of a worry. if i remember correctly the 305 uses the same cv32's as my z250.

Thanks for the info!

I purchased a set for my KZP.  No issues.  As the website says, measure first then order.

Just to be clear I'm not sure the issues with my 305 were due to the diaphragms after I did the shrink wrap. I was just sick and tired of issue after issue and wanted to focus on the 650 I picked up.
