Those plastic discs don’t move in normal operation. Gas in the pods is likely float heights wrong or float valves not closing

Before I took it apart last year the carbs were fine sure little backfire on deceleration downshifting. But otherwise it ran fine. Only thing I can think of is maybe they were stored on the side or upside down or something but everything was moving fine I got the balls off everything is fine the ports are cleaning the bowls are clean I can't understand why there's so much fuel sitting in the carburetor when it's off like it is leaking like it is and then properly set float but I didn't have these problems last year that's why I don't know why all right I'm just gibbering all right they don't move tomorrow I'll check the float height to specs and I'll see where I'm at thank you as usual wookie

if it sat since last year you are probably gummed up in the float valve or the springs on your float valves may be goin .. but anyway buy you some new k&l float valves if cleaning doesn't help ... and take the rack flip it upside down and look accross your floats and see if they are sitting at the same heights and lightly push to bounce up and down and check them again and if they are the same go to the clear tube method and run a long hose from your tank and put it on prime and see witch carb is malfunctioning after ceaning the valves thourally

I already knew all that I already did that man they're all fine I ordered a new K AND L kits anyway

my question i got a jet that sealed from the factory it looks like right next to the main jet what do I do in that case what if something's in there and I also noticed when I took out the main jet needle valve another carburetors that primary with them four little holes on each side on my Kawasaki they don't come out or rather it didn't slide out or is there a process I should do to take them out to make sure they're clean I like blowing air through everything.

ok here is my quick clean method those jets down in that cavity next to the main jet before you try too take them out take a can of carb cleaner or whatevr you are using and put the straw on it and spray and watch where it comes out at and make sure they are all open that way ... then blow that passage out with air those jets if they are stopped up you will need to find a llloooonnnggg small flat screw driver that almosts fits in the passage then take a grinder and grind the edges of the sd down around where the flat part starts flattening and grind enough to get it to go in the hole then put your sd in there and see if it fits TIGHTLY in the groov and make sure the end is square then place the carbs in a vice or on a concrete floor some where secure and place your weight on the sd and when it is in the groove do a quick sharp turn to unscrew it that is the only way i know to get those out but they usually are not a problem just spraying through them

and on your pilot jets and any of the small jets you need some strands out of a copper wire and a pair of good needle nose pliers  hemostats are better but with using this to clean the jet (only if it needs it) you won't have to worry about it messing your jet up cause its to soft
