Are there o-rings in each of the fuel tank to carb attach to service or do these just need to be replace?  Both sides are leaking.  Attaching some pictures.

They are plastic later versions which have rubber sleeves.
earlier metal ones had either o rings or sleeves depending just how early they were..
you can get the sleeves off by sliding stiff wire under it and working its way around then wrap the T with ptfe plumbers tape to pack it out then refitting the sleeve as a temp fix.

You can find metal Tee's that take O-rings on eBay.  Alternately, I've got a bunch of them...

Thanks everyone.  I was a bit hesitant about complete disassembly but you got to do what you need to.  Mine are 100%  rubber/plastic with "built in" o-ring ridges.  Looks like I'll be tracking down some replacements.

If you go with the brass or alloy ones from EBay I would advise switching the Chinese “O” rings with quality nitrile ones (ethanol eats cheap ones)

I would strongly recommend viton o'rings if you must use E10 fuel. Just my experience.

OEM's typically use nitrile for fuel applications.  The rubber swells up slightly after absorbing fuel, which leads to a nice tight seal.  Commonly, those rubber-covered fuel Tee's will swell up with fuel contact, and small leaks will stop after a while.  Of course, this is not the most reliable way to affect a seal.  The joint should be fuel-tight without relying on swelling.
