If you have full voltage to the coils then the black plugs are a over fuel situation.

Your jetting looks to be good at #15 pilot and #105 main (typical pipe and pods 650/750 jetting) so its not rich there. Float level is correct is not rich there.

Put the needles at #3 clip as per Zed1015's suggestion, then adjust air screws.

I would set the air screws as lean as you can (2.5 turns) a Color Tune kit would come in handy at that point. I have never seen a 650/750 that needs a #12.5 pilot jet.

You could try running a B7ES plug to see if that makes any difference.

Just an observation but you seem to be hanging everything on the AFR readings from the dyno print out - It would be interesting to see those readings at a "constant" 3k,4k,5k etc. The graph shows "lean" 3500 -4500 and a little "rich" 6000 - 7000 - however if the guy is "snapping" the throttle open at 3500 a momentary "lean" condition is normal as the jets need to catch up with the sudden increase in "air flow" (hence why some carbs have accelerator pumps to fill the hole)  - just my opinion

You need all the jets the same .
There's no point messing with the air screw settings or anything else if they are different.
