How to run fuel lines to carbs

How to run the fuel lines from the petcock (2 ports) to a set of dual carbs. There is one fitting in between both carbs that connect the bowls, and there is port on each side of the carbs. Also, i'm a visual learner and I have found no video on this.. TIA!!!

Do you have the factory service manual for your bike?  You can download it here, then look at all the pictures.

And BTW, you didn't mention what bike, year, model.

1976 Kawasaki KZ400-D. It was a set of 77' Keihin dual carbs. Also, what type of materials hoses can I use for fuel line? Can clear vinyl work?

In your other post I asked what if anything is stamped around the petcock lever? This may help to determine if it is a manual or vacuum operated petcock.  If it is a dual outlet manual one it would require a "Y" joint to place both into the one inlet on the carbs. Or you could remove the one fuel inlet between the carbs and make use of individual inlets on each carb. If on the other hand the petcock is a vacuum operated one, then one of the 2 ports on the petcock needs to be connected to a vacuum source to function correctly. Again in your other post it was pointed out via a pic where the vacuum ports are on the carbs.

You need to provide more information here.  Some photos, something.  We are flying blind.

As near as I can tell, by looking through the service manual (did you download it?), the petcock has two fuel feeds, one of which goes to each carb.  There are also vent lines, which stay open, and drain/overflow tubes on the float bowls.  And NO, you cannot use clear vinyl tube for fuel line.

The manual is in Filebase.  Easy to find.
