If a 1000ltd has CV carbs, is it a J motor?

All J type 998cc /1089cc engines ( no provision for kickstart ) had CV carbs as stock ( except injection models ).
All 903cc/1015cc engines ( kickstart equipped) had VM slide carbs as stock ( except the few injection models ).
The KZ CV carbs and VM slides have the same spacing so can be swapped ( with the matching manifolds ) between both types of engine.

I have lines out an a local LTD and a bunch of KZPs.

I might actually pull the trigger on something soon.

My 919 needs a radiator fan, and a cracked exhaust mount welded. Gluten for punishment.
