Carburetor, 36 mm Mikuni

Advice main jet size. Here’s the story
1197cc. 230 cranking psi,ported head,big valves,web cam 22, And all the other good stuff done right. I am currently running a 137.5 main jet.
Pulls hard to 9k rpm  no bog, Engine temp is good not hot has On board fan Works well.
Hard to read plug color with 110 Sunoco color is a bit light for me. Can’t think I would need to go bigger jet 
But I think there’s some HP To gain on the big end.
