117'5s is in the ball park.
Once running you may end up at 120 depending on motor spec but that's about as big as you would need .
Always start on the large size and work down.
With pods/open carbs you need those Air corrector jets fitted to fill the low end fuel gap and cure the lumpy bottom end.
Make sure you use quality free flowing pods K&N etc as the cheaper Emgo type etc are actually restrictive and will drown the motor with an over rich mix.

Ok, I have k&n style but not ( K&N). Those corrector jets shipped today says between Dec 30 and Jan 22 coming from the UK. On the correctors I’m not taking anything out correct? I will tap the carbs and screw these in?

Yep! just tap the air bleed to the needle jet tube M5 at 8mm deep and screw them in.
Nothing to take out.
Make sure you get the correct hole in the mouth of the carbs.
It's not the one with the air screw in.

Right it’s the one with the pressed jet ? The right hole on 1-2 and the left on 3-4 correct?

Yes! That's the ones.
As long as its the passage opposite the pilot air screw,.
I say this because on some carb banks with the fuel mix screw underneath they used all left or right handed carb bodies from the factory so that would mean the jets all go in on the right or left depending.
This was only on the 26mm Mikunis though as non of the KZ 28's used the fuel mix so doesn't apply to yours.

Awesome… have you checked and set timing, valve clearance. you should do that before you final sync and jetting

This is what I use

Oh yea valves been done timing is good I put a dyna electronic ignition on it last year. I have two sets of sync gages one is the needle kind round gage and a motion pro liquid filled but I think the motion pro needs new fluid or o rings cause I don’t think it works right. I did a bench sync and vacuum sync when I first put them on. But those caps were in place so maybe that messed the sync up cause it pops a little now at idle didn’t do that before with the caps on. Or I don’t think it did anyway. U like that sync gage ( user friendly)?
