tips for carb rebuild??

I have a manual for Mikunis that is a "universal" type manual. Looking to see if anyone like a manual or rebuild guideor anything you can post or send me specifically for the stock carbs on my 75 Z1-B 900, gonna be taking them off the bike in a month or so, taking them apart, already have carb kits, rubber plugs for synch ports, and rubber seal for choke shaft. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions that I may need something else i.e. O-Rings for anything that are not normally included in carb kits? Think the stock carbs are 28's?

There is some really great carb info in the "File Base", top right corner of the KZR toolbar. The VM Mikuni is very similar between models, so even though some of the write ups are for a smaller series from a 650, much will be similar.
