Kz440 Help

Hello Everyone,
I have a KZ440 i am making into a chopper, I have been trying to get this bike running but will not fire, It spits back or sputters but will not fire up. I tried starting fluid in the carbs as well, Just keeps popping out the carbs or the exhaust. Any help will be helpful.

Get a service manual or look in the filebase or go to KZ400.com for more info specific to the 400/440.
Then try adjusting your valves.
Then set your points and timing.
And finally your carbs.
