Hey I'm having some carb issues and was wondering if you could look at this video of me starting it up. Maybe help me diagnose the problem. My gut says its the pilot jets and the choke setup, but not sure. I'd really appreciate any help. Thanks.

 Compression? Valve clearances? Ignition timing? Spark quality? Fuel supply? Fuel level? Air filter? Air intake? Bench sync?

Hoping carbs are being addressed last, after first attending to the other matters, because even perfect carbs can't compensate for non-carb faults.

Remember to wear eye protection when spraying carb cleaner, because the spray always backfires, always.

Good Fortune! :)

In addition to what Patton said, and the links he provided, check my signature for a link to the TK22 carb info.

If the bike was totally cold, it should have taken full choke to start.

With pods, it will require different jetting.

After checking valves (read the warning in my signature link), and ignition, the first thing you will want to do is check for the choke flaps. The TK22 site has details on it.
