For some BS34 info, click here > kzrider.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&...ew&catid=3&id=384409

Lots of good info may be found on kawasaki.com, including parts diagrams, part numbers, models sharing same part, availability, etc.

Here's a link for help with navigating the site and finding information.
Click here > kzrider.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&...w&catid=13&id=376734

A genuine Kawasaki Factory Service Manual covering the particular year and model motorcycle at hand usually has complete information, instructions, diagrams, illustrations, etc., pertaining to specific carbs for that particular model.

Good Fortune! :)

The following is courtesy of wiredgeorge :cheer:
see wgcarbs.com

Download one of the manuals for a model that uses BS34 carburetors. Don't bother with trying to set the float height as it won't give you the correct amount of gas in your float bowl in most cases. Use the SERVICE FUEL LEVEL method of setting the amount of gas. It will be described with pictures in most all the manuals covering bikes that use BS34s.

This is referring to the "clear tube test" as earlier suggested.

Good Fortune! :)
