kz400 airbox removal/airfilter suggestions/sizes?

just wondering if there are any dos and donts when removing air box and putting a airfilter on each carb. i have a 78 kz400 and wondering what fits and whats best

dont destroy the airbox taking it off - you may want to put it back on someday, they say these bikes run better with it on vs. pod type filters, dont know about the twins but thats what alot are saying about the 4 cyl bikes anyway

...1980 LTD 1000...

Thats about the best advice. Don't destroy it taking it off. You very well may want to put it back on.
