So I got the new petcock and adapter and it all lines up great, im getting ready to enlarge the hole for it and got a question, how do you guys clean out the shavings and whatnot from the tank? do you just rinse it out with water and dry or what, the tank is coated on the inside so i dont think rust is a concern

I use a magnet on a flex shaft I picked up at the autoparts store. I don't rinse tanks with water... I would use some gas and then blow it out with compressed air before I used water. Water in gas tanks isn't a good idea somehow.
