carb type
14 Oct 2008 08:14
what type of carb would be on my kz200? on the floats one of the bubbles or air pockets fell off and i need new floats. i beleive they are made from brass. i also need a new gasket for the bowl. i already tried bike bandit but their prices are through the roof. also can i throw on a kz250 front wheel on my kz200? there are no front brake calipers anywhere i look accept bike bandit which is pricey. thanx.

hey there sparky if you look at the gallery pictures you will notice most of the bikes in there are bigger bikes just because you didn't get an answer right away dosent mean that we all are a bunch of idiot's when it comes to kawi's.sombody has an answer to your question but if you are going to be an ass about things then happy hunting on your own and learn it the hard way like most of the rest of us did . that's all for now good luck.

don't start pushing it yet because apparently all he is missing is a bubble so maybe he can blow one and be back in the race again

Wow, that is a great post, I can see you are going to be a great asset to this forum
And in case you're brainless too, this is sarcasm.
This is by far the best forum I've ever been on for the amount of knowledge and genuinely helpful people. However, I don't think you'll be getting much love with an attitude like that.
Best of luck fixing your bike.

brainless???... I would have answered your question but felt JMKZHI gave you the appropriate info.
Didn't really look like there was much of a question involved, only a complaint that a new float is expensive. I guess I could tell you how to repair the float but since brainless people's suggestions are usually silly, I will just keep my silly suggestion to myself.

Sometimes a simple "bump" to the thread and maybe a thanks for the info is all it takes to get an answer. Calling people names definitely won't get you anything.
Please refrain from the insulting remarks as it is against the KZR rules.
Good luck with you bike.
