They don't have the little square casting on the side so I can't tell.

Sure look like mine...except for the two odd bowl plugs and if I rememeber correctly you can still get parts from Schnitz & Sudco.I'd send WiredGeorge a pm,I think he'd remember that set of carbs.

Judging by the 3 screw top caps and single fuel line like my 29s have, Id say they are correct. My early Z1 28's have 2 fuel inlets and 2 screw caps. I dont know what to think about the bottom plugs, 2 look right & 2 wrong

They look right to me, Except I didn't think the bowls were interchangeable.

The 17mm screws on the bottom of the smoothbores don't have metric thread I think. I think it is National Pipe thread but can't swear to it. Anyway, there aren't many threads on the 17mm screws and the ones on those bowls were replaced with screws from a plumbing store. By the way, I have a set of great running 29s on eBay and the auction started at a buck. Cleaned, rebuilt, tuned and road tested. Auction # 300255580257

The auction is still going on... That link that Steve posted isn't right... Put 300255580257 in the eBay search function. The link itself is rather long and I can't remember how to do that tiny url thing.

Not looking to buy just trying to get the different styles down so when I do start looking I don't get ripped off. Those WG crabs are pretty! maybe next year. :(

I can't imagine what 29s will be going for in a couple years. OK Don, since you don't want to buy right now, watch this auction... suggest these QUOTE 29 Smoothbore Carburetors UNQUOTE might still be available with a buy-it-now price: eBay auction 150181755649
