How do I check float levels.....?

I need to check float levels, how do I do it with the carbs on and also when they are off the bike?
Bike is a 78kz650sr, thanks

Use clear plastic tube method, regardless of whether carbs are on the bike or off the bike on the bench. Carbs to be "level" during measurement. Good Luck! :)

I used a thin piece of plastic tubing that I tapered the end on (with an X-acto knife) to be able to jam it into the hole in the bowl that the drain screw is in. Mickey mouse, but it works.
