rejetting after pods?

I think I posted this in the engine section sorry my fault.Anyway I changed from the stock air box to pods. and the bike already has 4/1 kerker pipes.The only thing I have noticed is that the plugs are sooty looking.I have already done the full power mod for the plugs. Does anyone have pretty much the same set-up and tell me what size jets there running?

Knowing what bike is being discussed and what carburetors and your current jetting would help get some answers, I bet.
