smog system on the shelf?

have a kz1000 i started working on that has fuel injection- i have taken my smog stuff on the other bikes i have had- but this is fuel injection so i was wondering if i put this smog set up on the shelf if it would screw up the EFI.

Nope, removing it won't affect the EFI at all.
