In cleaning my carbs real good for the fist time I've noticed some missing parts.

These parts are for the pilot adjust screw
92055-1002 O-ring
92022-1003 Washer
92081-1002 Spring
Just the adjusting screw was in one carb all those parts were missing.

And on the choke butterfly a spring broke that keeps a flap closed. This one is hard to explain but there is a flap on the butterfly itself that is regulated with a spring. I couldn't find the kaw part number. Anyone know where I can get this spring? My local kaw dealer is useless.
Thanks, Chris

I would start by talking to Jeff at Z1 Enterprises. If he can't help you I'd try BikeBandit.com and get their live help person a try...

needle, washer, o-ring usually come with the 'carb kits' that cost about $15.

you can always make your own small spring for the flapper.

home.earthlink.net/~bazillion/intro.html

If you only need one spring, for stock you can buy piano wire at most hobby shops, stainless fishing leader at tackle shop, or guitar strings if your spring is that small. Some leader works, some doesn't, don't know why.
