new member needs some info about the carbs on a 78 kz650 are the worth rebuilding or is there something better that I can bolt right on that will give me a better performance. If I rebuild them were can I get the gromets that connect them to the engine?

if you do some other motor work you would benefit from larger carbs. 26mm, 28mm, and the rare 29mm mikuni carbs would be upgrades over your 24mm mikuni carbs you have now. theres also CV carbs to look at do a search for a member wiredgeorge and click the link in his sig. he has his own carb buisness and theres lots of info on his site.
www.Z1Enterprises.com has the "carb boots" you need
