The elbow on the petcock going to the fuel hose popped out and wont stay in. Will a rebuild kit fix that? Or just an O- ring? Or is the petcock done? Thanks for the help.

Get JB weld epoxy and epoxy it in. It's supposed to be a press fit, but they get loose.
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

Ditto on the JB weld. I had the same problem but the JB stuff worked great and no more problems. NOTE the best position for your outlet before JB application so you won't have to do it all over again (like me :( )
