So I tried what H1Vindicator suggested and tried actuating the carburetor/accelerator pump, however I didn't see any fuel getting pumped out from the pump nozzle or anywhere. I used a funnel to send fuel to the carb. I pumped the throttle vigorously however nothing came out. I did however notice fuel leaking periodically from the #3 carb. It was leaking from the bowl tube(don't know correct term, the tube at the way bottom of the carb). Also is was periodically leaking from the accelerator housing tube. Both of the leaks were just a stream of fuel coming out. I took apart the accelerator pump however, I didn't see any check balls or springs. I just saw a flat rubber piece with metal piece in the center. Anyone know why it's not working?

This was my rigged setup. Bunch of coat hangers.

If the carburetors have sat for any length of time, the pumps will never work even if everything is fine with the rubber. Neither my MKII or ST ever work because they sit too long. I always thought they just dried up and gas would never work it's way into the pump correctly to get the things started pumping. It's like they need to be primed to get fuel flowing. I know on mine, if I dissassemble the pump and manually put a little gas in there then pump them, gas will spray out just fine, and continue to work fine, until they sit around again. I just gave up on mine.
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

Most likely reason the pump doesn't work is that the gas pickup is at the bottom of the carb bowl in that small well. Gas is drawn through a passage smaller than a pencil tip up to the first diaphragm stage. Problem is, you can't get a wire through because the opening sits at 90 degrees from the bottom of the carb bowl. I face this issue with almost every set of accelerator pump carbs and it takes some work to get them functioning properly again.

I'm planning on soaking all the metal parts in carb cleaner. Do you think all the passage ways will be cleared with the carb cleaner?

I doubt it but you can try... like I said, they are a chore to get cleared. SMALL SMALL SMALL... Hard to hit with compressed air as well since you can't get a nozzle near the opening.

Hey H1, here are the pictures requested. Sorry I couldn't get the size of the carb. I didn't have my ruler with me. I'll try get that for you later.
