new to the motorcycle world, bike will not idle when choke is in and idles way up to about 5000 with choke on,removed carbs and cleaned them, also noticed one of the needle and seats is missing a rubber o'ring, will this cause a vacum leak,it is on one of the outside carbs, any input would be a great help. The bike has dyna coils, accel wires and a kirker pipe,I have the 4 seperate cone style air filters for it.

Will allow gas to drool past the float needle/seat assembly and flood the carb. It won't create a vacuum leak as there is no vacuum in the float bowl.
