Does anyone make a rebuild kit for a 79 400H (LTD)? I haven't been able to find one and have checked most of the parts suppliers I know including Z1enterprises. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, james.

I just rebuilt the carbs for my 79 400LTD with this kit listed on ebay. I have not fired the bike up yet, but all the parts were a one to one replacement. Here is the ebay, auction number 150102947741. The float seal is round, but it is flexable and I was able to get the seal to fit. You do have to use some of the parts curretly in your carb, o-rings and other rubber parts.

If your interested in a master cylinder rebuild kit PM me. I had to replace mine after I started tearing into it. The piston was rusted in place.

Sirius www.siriusconinc.com/default.asp are usually pretty good. I did take a quick look but could'nt see anything for the 79. They might be worth a phone call though.. generally friendly helpful folk.
