So I cleaned my carbs just the other day and took a wild guess on how many turns to give the pilot screw(?) How does 1 and a 1/4 sound? The bike idle'd well, but I didn't get a chance to ride it. I imagine any deficiencies will show up when I take it out.

How many turns are ideal for a 92 Kawasaki Vulcan 500AE?

I think the manual for my KZ550C3 said 1 3/8 so you got close at least I would guess...
