It's ALIVE!! LOL. Took the carbs off and checked that passage (hole). It was stuffed like a pig. lol
Clogged with some kind of white pwder stuff..:huh: I cleaned it then put the carbs back on the bike, turned the key and VIOLA! Sweet music.:lol: Thanks for all the help guys. I'm not afraid of working on carbs any more.:evil:

My guess is zinc oxide? Carb bodies are often cast zinc.
