You can try putting it in 1st gear and get someone to apply the rear brake while you torque the nut. Correct torque is important
A razor blade will work but be careful not to damage the surface
I saw the same tips in the service guide made by a user on the forum, but when it's set in 1st gear, it will spin, since I don’t have any friction plate or springs installed… No clutch is installed, right?

I feel that is something stupid I don`t understand here :)
Then you need a clutch holder, trying to hold the clutch any other way will likely result in damage (I assume you span it off with an air-gun etc)

I was doing some quick research, and others recommend using a torque stick. I think that would be better value for money, since I can use it for other activities later as well.
I found a kit in Norway:  Momentstaver, 5 stk. - Biltema.no
If I remember correct the service manual said 100-160Nm.

Yes, Torque Stick, and Impact gun.     Quick, no drama, and no help needed.    That is what I used.

How much should I torque the bolts that hold the pressure plate on the clutch? The bolts with the spring behind them?

Thank you :)

Clutch Hub lockout - 132.39 Nm
Clutch spring bolt - 8.83 Nm

I found the Clutch Hub lockout in my service manual where it gave me a range off 108-160 Nm (80-118 ft.lbs), but I will torque it to around 133 Nm than.
