Gpz 900 head bolts question

Im going to replace the head. I saw in the manual the bolts can be reused with a different torque setting. This is ok but i wonder if i should coat the bolts with oil before installation.the manual says absolutely nothing about that. the only thing i read is to coat the stainless steel washer that goes beetwen the head and the bolts.
Should i install they dry? Mmh...

We would coat both sides of the washer as you said and brush a very light coat of assembly oil that was a mixture of moly grease and oil on the bolt threads. You just want to be careful not to fill the blind bolt holes full of oil which could cause a hydraulic lock when you install/torque the bolts. GPZ900 Ninjas are awesome!

Oil on the threads increases the effective torque. Typically torque values are specified dry unless stated otherwise.
