Inductive ignition vs cdi

Question for you guys I jus bought a dyna s and accel coil kit for my kz750 4 then realized my bike had a cdi system so my question is which is better upgrade the cdi or use my dyna and accel coils?

The stock ignition system for your bike is not a CDI. It's a transistorized electronic ignition which operates on a different principle than a CDI. It's a highly reliable system that uses an Ignitor. Personally, I prefer it to a Dyna S but opinions vary.
